Hi- I’m Nicole, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing care that is evidence-based, collaborative, and centered around you. I started Zion Mind Health & Wellness to create a space where mental health care feels accessible, personal & never rushed. I provide mental health evaluations and medication management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, & psychosis. My approach is warm, collaborative, nonjudgmental & rooted in evidence-based care. I take time to explain treatment options, listen to your goals, & create a plan that fits your life. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as we work together toward stability & long-term well-being. I am currently accepting new appointments for teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and mood disorders through compassionate, individualized medication management. When helpful, I also integrate psychotherapy into our sessions to enhance treatment outcomes and support deeper healing.
